If you're looking for a professional storyteller for your school, library, church or organization - CONGRATULATIONS - you've come to the right place. Cindy trained at the Hartford Conservatory, taking classes in dance, mime, theater and voice, and has a degree in psychology from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. She has performed as a storyteller at day care centers, nursery schools, elementary schools, middle schools, libraries, retirement homes, churches, after-school programs and festivals from Maine to Texas. She also gives workshops for teachers and other storytellers in New England, and is listed by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts in their "Folk Arts/Educaton roster". Cindy was secound runner-up in the 2001 Storyteller of the Year contest.
